Book a Stand

  1. Submit Exhibition Form

    Exhibitors are required to fill out the exhibition form on the website in detail and submit it, or contact the organizer directly.

  2. Sign Exhibition Contract

    After receiving the customer information, the organizer will prepare the “Exhibition Contract” for confirmation and signature by the exhibitor, and send it back to the organizer.

  3. Payment of Exhibition Fees

    Exhibitors need to pay the exhibition fees in installments on time. Failure to do so will be considered as withdrawal, and the first installment will not be refunded.

  4. Booth Confirmation

    After receiving the first installment of the exhibition fees, the organizer will confirm the booth for the exhibitor.
